Digital Products
Our digital products, including pumpkin stencils, templates, printable files, and other downloadable designs, are provided electronically. No physical product will be shipped unless a listing specifically states that it is a physical product.
License and Permitted Use
Digital products purchased from Pumpkin Studio Pro are for PERSONAL USE ONLY. You may print and use the purchased stencil or design for your own personal projects.
You may not resell, redistribute, share, copy, upload, sublicense, or otherwise make the original digital files available to others, whether for free or for payment.
Copyright
All designs, artwork, digital files, photographs, graphics, and other content sold or displayed by Pumpkin Studio Pro remain the intellectual property of Pumpkin Studio Pro and are protected by applicable copyright laws.
Digital Downloads and Final Sales
Because digital products are delivered electronically and cannot be returned, all digital product sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, or refunds after a digital file has been delivered, except where required by applicable law.
If you receive an incorrect, corrupted, or unusable file, please contact us so we can help resolve the issue.
Personalized and Custom Products
Personalized or custom digital products are non-refundable once work has begun or the completed file has been delivered. Customers are responsible for providing accurate spelling, names, dates, and other personalization information when ordering.
Physical and Print-on-Demand Products
Some products may be produced and shipped by third-party print-on-demand providers. Any shipping times, return eligibility, or replacement policies applicable to those products will be stated in the individual product listing.
Payments
Payment must be completed before digital files are made available for download or before work begins on personalized products.
