Because our products are digital downloads, all sales are final once an order has been completed and the digital files have been delivered. We do not accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, or refunds for digital products because they cannot be returned after delivery.

Problems With Your Download
If you receive the wrong file, experience a technical problem with your download, or receive a corrupted or unusable file, please contact us. We will gladly help resolve the issue or provide a replacement file when appropriate.
Duplicate Purchases or Charges
If you believe you were accidentally charged more than once for the same purchase, please contact us so we can review the transaction.
Personalized or Custom Digital Products
Personalized and custom digital products are also non-refundable once work has begun or the completed digital file has been delivered.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have where refunds are required by applicable law.
